  • Where can I can buy fuel ?
The nearest Gas Station is in Cotacachi, which is the town you would go through coming down to Intag from Quito or Otavalo. But, there’s a closer option. We always get gas in Apuela, the little town nearby. The town is only a 5-minute drive away and from there you can purchase fuel by the gallon from the mechanic shops. They’ll have a sign out front that says "gasolina."
